Nimera Mobile ICT provides consultancy, software development services and products in the field of Telematics and Telemetry. In general these are systems which exchange data and software with each other over wireless connections. Our focus is directed towards the realization of projects in the field of ITS, logistics and industry. ITS is short for Intelligent Transport Systems, systems which make transport more efficient and safe.
Nimera is involved as an expert partner in some ongoing EC funded projects and international standardization organizations with a focus on the use of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), webservices, remote device management and software provisioning. Nimera was established by Erwin Vermassen in February 2004.

Methodology |
|
To achieve the best results we develop our projects according to agile development methodologies such as SCRUM. By applying these methodologies the end-user of a software system is involved closely during the development process. A development trajectory is divided into smaller development periods, each realizing specific features of the overall system. After each development period, the results are demonstrated and the targets for the next development period set. In this way, modifications of features, the introduction of new features is still possible during the development process. The result is a well designed and high quality applications without surprises after delivery of the system.
